Our world is dealing with the crisis of the COVID-19 Coronavirus.  We just want you to be reassured that RELAY’s Telephone Answering Service and 2-Way Radio Service have been fully operational with its complete staff of Customer Service Telephone Agents.  They all have been working remotely long before the Corona Virus Epidemic in addition to its technical and administrative personnel along with 24/7 factory support.   RELAY had established its "Remote Operation" policy including emergency automatic back up power to ensure uninterrupted coverage during hurricanes, snow storms, and other situations that would make it extremely difficult for its staff to travel to RELAY's office.  RELAY's communication systems are the most robust state-of-the-art.
 
Our Telephone Answering Service’s call volume has increased tremendously.  Our Two Way Radio systems are being heavily used at many emergency and health care facilities.  We are here for you and will continue to provide our services to all of our friends and customers.
 
We are proud to say that since June 1968 when RELAY first opened its doors for business, it has continued to operate "Every Day - Every Hour" as stated in our company slogan. During those many years, RELAY has provided its communications services to fire departments, police departments, first responders, a large firm in Wall Street after 911 when their building was destroyed, a major business in New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina, many businesses and special agencies following Super Storm Sandy.  Regardless of the weather or this unprecedented virus, RELAY remains ready and able to provide the communication services you require..
